Macalester Groveland is a great neighborhood located about 5 miles from both downtown Minneapolis and St Paul.
People of all age ranges live in Mac Groveland - partially becuase families have lived here for generations. The are a number of very good schools (both public and private) in the area so families love the area. There are 3 private colleges, solots of students live nearby. And retired folks like the proximity to shops and resturants.
